* Manitoba Health covers a portion of the eye exam for all Seniors and Diabetics, this does not include retinal scans and imagining.

**** Non-covered services for kid’s exams include a retinal photo and axial length measurement – we plan to offer this service free of charge as long as possible.

Patient is responsible for services not covered and the balance is due at time of service. Prices subject to change.
